1921 Orland Dr. Coquitlam

This was a challenging site, sitting on a slope, restricted on three sides, and we were on a strict budget mandate to build a 5,200 sq ft modern dwelling at the heart of Coquitlam.

Innovation and creativity had to go hand in hand at every step from design, resourcing and execution to ensure a timely, on budget build that met the restrictive codes of this property. We are proud to have led the development of this wonderful new home.
